Experiences?

I had a pdoc appointment today and my biggest issue is my anxiety right now. I get so anxious I get light headed and dizzy and end up puking. She upped my propranolol, but if it doesn't work she wants me to call and she'll put me on gabapentin because she said it helps with anxiety.

Also, experiences if you've ever gone off of it?

Thanks.

Oh, sorry. I didn't notice that there was another thread already about this.

I threw mine away. My doc even upped doses but it didn't do a thing. I would try buspar if your want to stay away from the benzos.

They are weaning me off of klonopin and put me on gabapentin. It is very different because you take it daily, but after about 5 days at the full dose (300mg x 3/day) I always feel calm. I was really skeptical at first, but now I like it.
