Hi everyone,
I'm currently on a low dose of lamictal. I've been taking it for a while and tolerate it well. However- over the past three weeks or so I have noticed some difficulty reading and processing information. This really sucks because reading is one of the things I enjoy most. I also hate the idea of generally feeling like I've lost twenty or so IQ points.
Has anyone had any luck adding a folate or other supplement to increase mental sharpness?

I recommend rosemary.

I'm really into both herbalism and aromatherapy, and have been a big fan of rosemary for some time.

Google "rosemary brain performance" for articles on the scientific study of rosemary and improved cognition and blood circulation within the brain.

I'm sure there are supplements and such that others can chime in with, but wanted to throw that out there, too.
