Yes. You're feeling something. Hold on and you'll get through the anger to something more positive.
Thanks for this!

Have you called your therapist or pdoc on this? Anger was the first sign of a big change in me and it continued to get worse and worse over the past 4 years. If it keeps happening I would let someone know for sure.

Anger for me is a sign in going to snap. I usually go right from depression to hypo then back to normal until my meds stop working or I get stupid and stop takiNg them. I'd keep close eye on your emotions and maybe write them down for your dr. Do you have any PRN meds to calm you? Hope you feel better soon

I can relate to this and it fking kills me to know that I have been sleeping most of the day away and night. It's horrible because I spent all summer manic.

Hugs xx, I've got yet another message into psychologist, thinking I need to go inpatient... Meds don't seem to helping right now

I try to stay home when I get that way...everything pisses me off. Road rage, yup. waiting rage, yup. Other people breathing wrong rage, yup. It usually takes meds to help that out...of course that means dealing with the clinic and doctors, waiting rooms and pharmacies When I'm not at my best.....
