So I have my next pdoc app this Tuesday. I had gotten pretty used to it so I haven't been so anxious.

But for some reason I'm dreading it. For the past week I've been a mess. My anxiety has been through the roof. I've also been hearing things again. I'm sure I've been experiencing other symptoms too, I just can't recall at the moment.

It might be because I'm scared of having to get another blood test done. They make me extremely nervous and scared.

Bleh I don't know, just thought I would share.

I thought I was the only one that got scared and nervous about blood tests. Appointment Tuesday

I'm sorry you are having to go through this. I hope the anxiety gets better. Wishing you good luck on your appointment.

Do you think the appointment is triggering the anxiety? Or that you are experiencing a lot of anxiety (or it sounds like some manicky panicky) lately and the appointment is exacerbating everything?

I have been having a lot of anxiety lately. So I guess the appointment is just adding to that now that I think about it.

I don't know if it helps....the pdoc does know the illness goes up and down and that it takes time to adjust meds. They know not to take it personally if you have bad weeks, it's not your fault or theirs it's kind of the definition of BP.

I'm sorry that the blood tests are bad for you.
