Although I have been diagnosed as bpd among other things. I have really felt I am rapid cycling over the last six months I have notices just being overly aroused for no reason. Like today I am happy then sad fell like crying happy sad and I am sooo aroused it is rediculous. Any input would be great so I can tell my psych doctor

Hi Ice Tea. There are many overlapping symptoms of BPD and BP. Here are symptoms of Bipolar. Psych Central - Search results for Bipolar symptoms

You can do a similar search "symptoms of BPD"

Diet can affect arousal. Foods like onions, garlic, spices, and certain foods like meats can make libido more pronounced.

Hi ice tea...just tell your doctor like you said. It also sounds like ultradian cycling where you switch several times in a day. I only get like that on anti depressants only without a stabilizer. Are you?
