I'll admit, I went into this with pessimistic thoughts, thinking it would be attacking us. (I'm pretty cynical.) But it was really great! Thanks for sharing it! I printed a copy so I could keep it around in case I ever need a pick-me-up.
Also, I read the comments and was pleasantly surprised to see how positive they all were... well, except from that douche, Ryan. It's rare that you see a comment section filled with such positive responses. It was refreshing.
