I honestly did not know it was Friday! Not only that, but I was in total disbelief when I found out! It was as if I'd just woke up from a coma or something. I began to wonder what I'd been doing all week! Wow.
Please tell me I'm not the only one this happens to! I remember some things, but I'm unclear about what day some of the events happened. Not to mention this is the longest I've been "up" in a long time. ( I'm doing the happy dance about that though! )

Yeah, that kind of happens sometimes. I work online, so the day doesn't really factor a whole lot into that. Even when I was in college and there were certain assignments on certain days, I still didn't always know what day it was. There were days I had no idea. However, in the moment when I was checking my schedule for school/work I would know the day. As long as your remembering important events, I wouldn't worry much about it. If you sometimes are confused about the days it's fine as long as you know well enough to get things done.

This has happened to me but I'm not sure if it was from being in a mixed state or dissociating. (I have some comorbid disorders.) I was in the hospital for 3 weeks once and when I was discharged I was shocked at the date, thought it had only been about a week. People also told me I made a lot of threatening phone calls that I have zero memory of. They don't believe me that I don't remember doing it.

Thanks for your response! That sounds scary. I'm sorry that no one believes you. It's a horrible feeling when no one understands!
I guess it's been 4 days now that I've been in this cycle, and it seems to be escalating WAY out of control! I am now panic stricken as well. I've got more nervous energy than I know what to do with! I have no idea what to do right now!

I'm sorry you're going through this. Can you get an emergency appointment with your pdoc or therapist?

My insurance is still "pending" right now, which outs a whole other story, and my family obligations wouldn't allow me to leave anyway. I'm just stuck dealing with it I guess. It's not really a crisis situation yet, but it is very physically uncomfortable!
This sucks! I've been avoiding taking my mood stabilizer because I was enjoying "riding the wave" and breaking free from depression for a change, and I was afraid the meds would make me lose my edge. But I guess it's time.

An hour after you posted that you've been skipping your mood stabilizer and it's time to get back on!! Oh no! Hopefully being back on your meds will straighten you out quickly. When you feel low, remember... What goes down must come up! You felt good for a little while and there's more of that to come

I hope so! The meds took me down hard and fast though! I don't want to be suppressed too far, you know? I like hypo, I feel great and can get things done! But lately when I'm up, it winds up escalating too far up.
