Does anyone use a light box in the fall and winter? I'm very sensitive to seasonal changes. Now that it's getting dark earlier I'm strongly considering buying one.

I have one that I use the years I can tolerate it and it really helps. I have to be fairly stable though. I really recommend the kind I have for people with bipolar (who can become manic from the light). This one has blue light only and is LED lights which means that you control the intensity. You only have to do it 15 minutes to instead of 30 (I think) with traditional light boxes. I think normal is like 50% on mine and I use it at 15% when I'm able to use it which is not every year. I'd look on ebay and the manufacturer's site for re-furbs before paying full price; the things are expensive but are supposed to last 30 years b/c of the LED bulbs. You can lose some bulbs and still get the full effect.
This is one version of the Phillips blue light; there are apparently others. I didn't see the one I have at a glance; it is several years old.http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...=sr_1_1&sr=8-1
