If I don't get waken Up at night I sleep like a log. But if something wakes me up I CANT get back to sleep. And at that point if I take any of me sleeping meds then I'm super groggy the next morning. Any advice on how to get back to sleep when this happens?

Best I have for suggestions are dim or no lights and soft music - and they don't always work for me. Often, I give up and start my day at 2 or 3 AM, complete with coffee, and catch a nap later if I can.
Thanks for this!

That's when I woke up this morning... 3am. I just laid there for hours and finally just got up and went for a walk. My pdoc doesn't want me to nap cuz apparently is screws up my sleep schedule.

I hate this. Its the most aggravating thing. I have no suggestions just sympathy, because I haven't found anything to help either.
