How many of you need a fidget toy when you are so manic that you can't stop moving your body, your legs, your hands, etc...? I almost can't control it. I have several squeeze toys.

I think I know what you're talking about. Those things are cool. I don't know what they are called, either.

There is a great selection of stress relieving toys. I personally have like 5 fidget toys by me at all times. I get very anxious and fidgety when I'm upset or stressed. Happyhands.toys has a great selection

I'd need a trampoline - I'm always jumping around and twirling in circles and screaming when manic.

When I am at work and have excess nervous energy and am feeling fidgety my go to are Snapple caps. You know how the middle of the cap pops in and out, like clickinga pen. Good iced tea with free fidget toy included! They would probably be really annoying to other people in a quiet setting though.

I don't use anything when I am manic. I fidget but I mainly diddle my legs or tap on surfaces like a drum. I do have a fidget spinner thing but I don't relaly get what all the fuss is about I don't get anything from using it.
