My mania and ocd have calmed down but now I just feel lazy and unmotivated. I am in my pajamas on my couch and not feeling like me. Is this the zyprexa, lithium, or is it from feeling so full of energy while manic and now coming back to normal.

As someone who suffers from being manic often, I can tell you its coming back down to normal. Usually when we are flying we hope that euphoria will last a long time. Then when reality finally hits, we come back down.

I just came down from hypomania as well. Felt like a total zombie yesterday. Feeling slightly less zombie-like today but that might just be because my boyfriend is off from work for the weekend, so he can be there for me. Things will probably come crashing down harder again on Monday. I hope you feel better soon. Take it easy and try not to be hard on yourself for feeling out of it. Mania can be really exhausting on the body, so when it's gone, you really feel the aftermath.

The zyprexa is also smacking you down
