I constantly think of the worst things that can happen to me but only when I am not doing something else to distract myself, so I spend 8-16 hours/day on the computer/Internet.

Yes, commonly

- Homicidal Ideation (when mixed)
- Suicidal Ideation (when depressed or mixed)
- Visions of Harm Upon Me (that often make my reflexes go off)
- Visions of Bad Things Happening To People I Care About (which worsens depression and anxiety)

I have them often. Some I can brush off; others I have to think everything through before I can let it go.

Right now all I can think about is either sex or suicide.

Daily, non-stop suicidal ideation. It's so exhausting to keep fighting the feelings.

I think you would be hard pressed to find someone on this board that DOSENT have intrusive thoughts
They can be pretty rough to deal with
Hope you feel better soon

Next the walls were closed on me
And I discovered that my castles stand
Upon pillars of salt and pillars of sand

Yes, I have them quite often. They are maddening and cause me a lot of anxiety.

I have intrusive thoughts but they aren't really bad anymore. I don't have a lot of good self esteem because of it but it's also not running my life.

I just forgive the thoughts because they aren't going anywhere and try not to be hard on myself when I do get anxiety loops. I think that is why they aren't suicidal in nature anymore. Now it's more like feeling like a failure sometimes.
