I constantly think of the worst things that can happen to me but only when I am not doing something else to distract myself, so I spend 8-16 hours/day on the computer/Internet.

Yes, commonly
- Homicidal Ideation (when mixed) - Suicidal Ideation (when depressed or mixed) - Visions of Harm Upon Me (that often make my reflexes go off) - Visions of Bad Things Happening To People I Care About (which worsens depression and anxiety) |

I have them often. Some I can brush off; others I have to think everything through before I can let it go.

Right now all I can think about is either sex or suicide.

Daily, non-stop suicidal ideation. It's so exhausting to keep fighting the feelings.

I have intrusive thoughts but they aren't really bad anymore. I don't have a lot of good self esteem because of it but it's also not running my life.
I just forgive the thoughts because they aren't going anywhere and try not to be hard on myself when I do get anxiety loops. I think that is why they aren't suicidal in nature anymore. Now it's more like feeling like a failure sometimes. |
