Contrary to my usual posts im actually feeling pretty normal atm. I feel like maybe the lithium is doing its thing & I've found a good dose & my current AD agrees with me. I'm here at work feeling calm & capable. I'm making plans & actually managing to organise some stuff. But I'm not buzzing around the place, barely sleeping or feeling restless & agitated or bored. I feel like I can lead a "normal" persons life without having breakdowns over relativly insignificant issues & always going back to thoughts of SH & Sui. Maybe it's the sun. Maybe it's because things are looking up again. Or maybe my perception of the world around me has shifted. I'm worried this won't last but feel like basking in the light for awhile at least.

I'm glad you are feeling a reprieve from the gloom!!

I, too am feeling more up today after days of being in an irritable mixed state.

I, too know it won't last but I will soak in the normalcy while I can.

It is a blessing & a curse to feel things so intensely.
