I'm always depressed. It never goes away. This is ruining my life.

I feel like I've already lost so much to this illness and I have nothing to look forward to in my future.

I'm so sorry. I know how you feel. I just started Latuda tonight after going 6 days without showering. It's supposed to help BP depression. Can you do a med change?

I know how you feel, I used to lay in bed for hours and wish I would die from a heart attack or something. Then I had a complete med makeover and after a month or so I felt better. It's not always a bed of roses now, I still get depressed and manic. I just go to a lot of therapy and try to get out of the house as much as possible. Which was not an option for me when I was in such a deep depression. I did have to be inpatient while getting my meds completely re-adjusted.

I wish you the best, I know it's really hard and no one understands.
