My girlfriend and I have been dating for 4 months, I take my meds religiously work on relaxation, recently joined the gym to help with stress relief but it always seems that no matter what I do I have a meltdown when we have plans on Saturday night to see a play and then brunch on Sunday. I'm so embarrassed that i cried in front of her friends. I felt so overwhelmed but it comes on all of the sudden and is almost impossible to plan for. Does anyone else work all week then have problems like this? For some reason I'm not able to see what's happening and I keep making the same mistake...I'm afraid of losing her to my high drama.

maybe the stress of your job is to much for you and you need to relax on the weekends. i know myself when i was working all i wanted to do was sleep or at least, back then, have a beer. i don't like making plans for the weekend and me and my husband stay home or shop on weekends too. good luck
Thanks for this!

I occasasionally meltdown on the weekends. I was actually thinking about this today because I had a meltdown yesterday. For me, I think it's a combination of stress from the week and then not having a routine on the weekends like I do through the week.
