I woke up at 3am ready for battle. I'm ready to run fight go to the liquor store at 6am
It usually comes on slowly....I just woke up in another state. I want to be stable for my children I don't want this to take hold of me

That must be scary. Can you try mindfulness to calm your mind a little? Otherwise what meds do you have that you can take to nip this in the bud? Perhaps calling your pdoc would be a good idea. You want to get on top of it or it will control you. Take care

I think what I'm dealing with is an energetic panicky state.....better than what I thought was happening but horrible all the same
I don't have a prn anymore but I guess it's time to get one back. It's amazing to me how severe panic can just show up from nowhere!
