Has anyone done biofeedback for help with symptoms? I'm not really having symptoms right now, just an impending doom related to Christmas in FL with the inlaws.

Biofeedback was helpful use as a coping mechanism, especially for some mood regulation, dealing with stressful situations, and also in my case for managing some pain and pain tolerance. I learned the techniques almost 20 years ago and am still using the techniques today. I am sure it is more advanced now and am considering a refresher. To me it was worth it to more in tune with what it going on, to be more aware, and to be able to help myself.
Others have not always benefited from it. It is not for everyone; it just depends. Whether it be with biofeedback or something else for help, I hope the holidays are less stressful. Wishing you well this season. Hang in there. ![]() ![]()

Never tried it personally, but it is supposed to be very effective in rewiring your brain.

I used biofeedback to help with Migraines in the 80s. It was helpful and still is....it is another "tool in the box."
