I just started taking Brintellix (Trintellix in Canada I think) and I'm surprised at how quickly it is working. I took my last Prozac two days ago and yesterday I was mixed depressive (agitated) and on my way back up to what I would consider normal.

I started taking 5 mgs Brintellix and 20 mgs Prozac, then dropped the Prozac entirely and increased the Brintellix to 10 mgs.

Has anyone got anything to share about this AD?

I'm Bipolar I and am replacing my prozac with Brintellix so I can have a sex drive again....

I was just put on Brintellix 10mg daily and it has been about 4 days now. I am also on Busbar 2x daily and trilleptal 2x daily so I don't know which one is doing anything, if anything. I was just taken off Prozac to be put on these meds. I see you want a sex drive again too? does Brintellix help this? I hope so!

I just switched to Bintellix and so far I haven't seen any improvement. I've been on it for five days. Now at 10 mg.

I just started 10mg two days ago. I was on five for about a month with no improvement, even a worsening of depression. I don't hold out much hope.
