There's a huge mix up at pdoc office with my insurance so I wouldn't be able to get a professional opinion right now anyway. I know I'll probably get a lot of crap, but I want to try and cut down on my meds. But there's a few I HAVE to keep right now like my seroquel 150mgs or I wouldn't be able to sleep. I've started my mood stabilizer, trileptal about 3 months ago and titrated up to 900mgs a day. It's saved my sanity. I'm not longer having mixed episodes or mood swings like crazy. Pretty much I want to be on JUST this. Is it possible to stay stabilized on this only? My first one I'm cutting down on is buspar. I take 45mgs a day and I think it's too much. And I think it's causing my major day time drowsiness (though it cool be the seroquel). I think I'll start by dropping to 30mgs a day. Is there any withdrawal wi buspar?
List of meds if that helps... Trileptal 450am and 450pm Buspar 15am and 30pm Seroquel 150pm Ativan 1mg 3xs a day PRN. I rarely take it Risperdal 4mgs a day. I already cut down to PRN when I'm having a stressful day |

I am on a low dose of buspar 20mg a day , have stopped and restarted before with no issue and I have no sleepiness with it , take morning and night ... this is not really the best time of year for changing , stressful for most people , ... please be careful ....

I don't think buspar has a withdrawal? That's what I was told anyway.
I understand wanting to cut down on your meds. That's what I'm trying to do but I keep on having anxiety and having to take my gabapentin!
