I'm seeing my pdoc at 2:30 pm today and I usually take both lithium and lamictal at 3 pm. I know it's fine to take them maybe 15 mins earlier or later than my regular time, but what about an hour before? I'd just prefer to take them before getting there.

With those particular meds, I doubt that time difference would make any difference.
Thanks for this!

An hour before probably won't matter. I never take mine at the exact same time every day. Usually the same ballpark 2 hour time span though.
Thanks for this!

Cool, thanks! My main concern was the fact I wouldn't have food to take lithium with if I took it at the clinic.
