How often, or do you feel at all being totally free of symptoms?

I believe i've been in such state for some time now. I was a bit hypomanic in the autumn, but it never turned into mania or my very familiar winter depression. I've "slowed down" somehow now in winter but in a normal way as everybody do, i think. I've felt sick and tired about everything concerning being bipolar, just focusing into my work, family, hobbies, whatever except myself and my moods. I've been out of this forum and chat too because it reminds me of it and all i wanna do is just ignore it.

Been on new meds about 6 moths and probably they're doing the job. My Pdoc said it's like diabetes: If you have correct meds you'll be feeling normal.

So i was just curious if anyone feel like this, how often, and especially, what do you do then? Enjoy the moment?
