I'm back to feeling that people are reading my mind. I have a hard time distinguishing what's real and what's not real. It's really frustrating.

I don't want to up my AP's. I hate my meds. I would just like to opt out of all of this, thankyouverymuch.

Hi there. Just using more ad won't stop what you're explaining.
I'm not a pdoc so ask yours. But you may need to balance your meds with a anti Psycotic
Medication.
I also love my support group. We meet once per week. After hearing others stories it's easy to tell if you suffer from same thing.

I would really like a support group but there is none in my area. PC is kind of my outlet, for now. Thanks for your response.
