Through bipolar, anxiety and perfectionism, I need to have things done NOW! I bought a new car and before taking possession of the car there were scratches on a small plastic piece of the bumper that couldn't be repaired and the dealership has agreed to replace. I have had the car for 7 days and the piece is in I am just waiting for the appointment to get it replaced. I was supposed to hear about the appointment being set up today and it didn't get set up. Now I am upset and feel like I am being taken advantage of even though at no point have they ever given me that impression. I just want things done now. How do I find ways to deal with this so it doesn't derail me?

Try to distract yourself. What are your hobbys? I watch DVDs on watercolor painting. Then paint a picture.
Exercise is important. Can you join a yoga class?
The part of the brain that's obsessing needs to be challenged.

Try to accept the fact that there are many more things we can't control than there are we can.
