When I saw my pdoc today I mentioned that I was having memory problems, so he suggested that I take the supplement called Sensoril. It's derived from the Indian form of ginseng called Ashwagandhais. The handout he gave me said Sensoril has several compounds in the plant that were found to improve the health of the brain's memory center through neuroprotective and anti oxidant effects. Also, in 2013 with the first study of Sensoril it improved memory in people with bipolar disorder. He said to start with 250 mg a day for the first 7 days, then go up to 500 mg a day. I found it on vitacost.com for $12.51. Might be something to ask about. I'm going to try it and I'll report back.

He also told me to start exercising again. It can help with my concentration and over all mood. I quit going when I got bronchitis, but I think I'm going to try going tomorrow and see how it goes. He said 30 min 3x a week will help. When I was going it was every day and I felt really good. So back to the gym I go.

Here's to feeling better.
Thanks for this!
