I took my meds and such but

My mind and heart are racing like crazy and I can't sleep and I'm worried about a tom of things.

Please don't be mania returning I've had a few really good level days!!!

I'm sorry your having a tough time Hallie. I just got back on here after wrote along time and your post is the first one I came across. I have a lot of different things triggering my PTSD right now in my life
And it helps to talk to people that are willing to listen. If I can be of any help please don't hesitate to let me know what's going on in your head, I'm actually in the same boat as you right now as far as that goes. I just took my nightly meds too and I wish I didn't have to take any! So sick of these evil pills. 2016 is going to be a year of tapering off some of this crap. So anyways, I'm here with an open ear and ready to listen 💜

Oh that absolutely sucks! I'm sorry. I've struggled with insomnia since I was 21. 41 now. I've ended up in the hospital for it a couple of times. Pdoc wouldn't help me over the phone. Anyway, nothing has worked for me like zyprexa. I take 10mgs of zyprexa and 350 mgs of trazadone every night. I sleep really well now. Zyprexa has helped me with a lot of symptoms. The downside is the weight gain. Maybe you could try zyprexa?
