Went 2 hours before high tide. The water was fantastic. Swam for an hour.
Feeling much better.
Have been dealing with headaches. I think it's a side effect of the nite meds. I was going to try to 1/2 the capsules. It's so hard to gauge.

Day Vraylar 3 mg. Wellbutrin 150
Night meds Temazepam 30 mg or lorazepam
Hasn't helped yet.
