Hi everyone!
I was in the er today for suicidal thoughts and hallucinations, after hours of waiting, I was discharged with a paper that said I was bipolar. I have been diagnosed and un-diagnosed with Bipolar about five times now, I guess it doesn't matter, but it is frustrating

The diagnosis is just a label. It doesn't change who you. No more than somebody calling you a name. What is important is that you get the help you need. Did they give you any meds or resources? Do you see a pdoc? I hope you can get some relief.
