I've found that my personality is sprightly and cheerful. Sometimes I say one too many thoughts than I should. But are they too many? Depends on how people react. Some people smile at me and agree and others scowl and get cross. Is this part of hypo/mania? Is this why people don't like me?

Today at church I found the best parking spot- right on the street across from the door I go in! Church itself was perfect. We had a luncheon after. When I got out to my car I found the car wouldn't start- I'd left the lights on. Sigh. I got out my AAA card and waited the 40 minutes for the van to come and jump my battery. Then I drove 45 minutes around town.

When I was almost home, my dad called me back. We had the best conversation about old times! And a long conversation, too! Now I'm listening to organ fugues thanks to my youngest finding them at the record store yesterday. I put a book on fugues on the piano for him.

That's cool. People tend to react in different ways; it's not about you a lot of the time.

You are just fine, just as you are!

Most people react to their perception of the outer world (others) according to their very own inner world.

Remember the most important opinion about yourself, comes from yourself.

I think this is just part of who you are and to be celebrated! I'm sorry some people don't react so well to it, but that goes with anything we do, just about. Everyone is different. Maybe some people are jealous that you have such a gregarious personality, who knows?

I wouldn't say it has to do with hypomania unless other symptoms are present and it lasts for some time. Otherwise, it's just who you are, which is great!
