Ha. Yeah.
It's a good idea to wear a matching pair too.
Anxious and running late for an interview I dressed in a smart grey skirt suit. Looking good!
Got home looked down to see totally different shoes. One black one brown.

Even means even. Stable means stable. And I need to accept that.

I've learned that the real treasures in life are things you can't buy: the love and loyalty of your grown children, the beauty in nature, the knowledge that you have made a difference in someone's life.

I've learned that I will probably need meds for life and that therapy is an integral part of my healing process.
I've also learned to look outside the box of standard treatment.
Thanks for this!

[QUOTE=~Christina;4885476]I have learned to stop catastrophic thinking/reactions.

I don't allow Bipolar to take up more space in my relationships than absolutely needed.

I am kinder to myself.

I realized no matter what...... I will always hate kale , kale in any and all forms are disgusting... I will pass on that "super food" [/QUOTE.

Cmon!!! So good with fruit to make a green smoothly lol

Now the old king is dead! Long live the king!
One minute I held the key
Next the walls were closed on me
And I discovered that my castles stand
Upon pillars of salt and pillars of sand
