Since I've changed meds I get this feeling that I have to move even its just a little bit and relief/satisfaction doesn't last long. It's a constant. Klonopin gives me some relief and so does eating. This is puzzling me as I've never had this type of anxiety before. The problem is I'm not sure which med is causing it. We changed my AD three weeks ago and my AP one week ago. I think it's the AD but I'm not sure.
Anybody have any experience with anything like this? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

That sounds like it could be akathesia. That would normally be caused by the AP. It usually can be treated with cogentin, sometimes in combination with propanolol or gabapentin. It is not pleasant so I'm sorry you're dealing with it. You should call your pdoc and let them know what is going on.

Just went through this as well and it was not pleasant, felt like I could crawl out of my own skin. Had to prescribe something to counter, seems to be working

Akathesia is VERY uncomfortable. There is no immediate relief - as in tonight - that I know of.
You really must call your doctor tomorrow morning as it can be a serious side effect. The doctor will be able to address this. Abilify caused my akathesia. I was taken off the med immediately (we restarted it later) and the akathesia did not return.

Thanks. It's good to put a name to it.
