So yeah I was pretty up last night abd did somebweird stuff but I'm chill right now
Except

I keep seeing spider coming down from
Ceiling or on Wall etc and it scares me and them it's not really there

?????!

Hallie, i hope that you were successful to get on line counseling. It sounds like stress to me or a possible reaction to a medicine. Definetly get ahold of your pcp and have them check your meds out. I am praying for you (((hugs))) tc dear

My mind was all fuzzy last night and I felt confused. Hopefully spiders Are gone today. I see my dr feb 17. Still hoping my t isn't mad.

I feel like I'm in a long dream. ?? I haven't seen a spider yet.

I might call pdoc tom but isk what to expect from them bc she doesnt do anything without seeing the patient and my appt is three weeks away.

I've been doing DBT coping skills too
