I got some really hippy stuff therapy homework this week. We talked about universe guides we have in our life. About how they guide us through life and how everything happens for a reason. She brought up that I have a guide for every mood and a normal one for when I'm stable. We talked about the mania one and I remember in college that one used to guide me a lot, even when I switched majors haha. My therapy homework was to paint 2 pictures, one of my mania guide, and one of my normal guide.

Here's the one of my manic universe guide. I even painted some nebulas since it has to do with the universe.



I'm going to paint my normal guide later today after I get up. I'm envisioning a lot of tie dye and really long hair for some reason. lol. Will post it when I'm done.

Therapy was good yesterday, we spent most of the time laughing, which I really like. We were cracking up over making almost the same recipe on Friday and Monday night. Which is totally trippy that we made almost the exact same thing. That was one of my coping skills my t told me to try, which was trying out a new recipe that I did on Friday night. We even talked about House of Cards and how the opening scene is so messed up. I had to inform t that it just gets more messed up from there. haha. I'm so glad I have such a laid back therapist. Even though she told me she quit smoking yesterday and wanted to kick people's faces in, she was quite chill with me. The universe put her in my life for a reason and I'm so glad that happened.

Therapists are people too, haha. I think it is smart of them to connect with us on a real level like that.
