Read today, again, eating fish if good for your brain. I use to fish. Once in a while buy some, but would probably be better off if I ate it more. How bout you, and what kind of fish might you eat? Pond/Lake/Cold Water Fish/Ocean Fish and so on.

I hear today's fish is far from being vital/healthy for humans, as the waters are all polluted and can actually be quite harmful in the long-term. Most of the damage from inappropriate diet manifests many years after... be careful

Another way to get your fish oil and that is good for the brain is through supplements. A really good one is DHA or DHEA. I only eat seafood as my main protein, no red meats at all. My primary seafood is shrimp and salmon (fresh salmon...not farm raised).

Ultimately we form 2 opinions because neither sources are confirmed by objective-studies, I guess...

I love fish and seafood of all kinds. I also go fishing a great deal.
I eat shrimp, clams, Striped Bass, Bluefish, Salmon, Grouper
on and on. I could live on sea food if I had to.

Catfish! Only the ones we catch at home! And if you fry it just right the tails are delicious! Nothing beats a home caught (hunted, foraged) meal!

No matter how small, a positive change deserves to be celebrated!
Thanks for this!

Me too. I couldn't stand the smell. But I finally decided to give it a chance after years of avoiding it all. But I had fish last night that wasn't that bad, so I'll give it a chance. But only fish, I can't do all that other stuff.
