Uggghhhh just woke up at 3am n cant get back to sleep for the 5th day in a row. Hospital gave me 2 ambien at 830pm n I fell asleep good but of course I wake up wide awake anxiety goin. So they gave me another ambien just 1 this time. I hope it works. Idk y I keep wakin up but its pissin me off. Maybe im havin weird dreams or nightmares. Must b idk y else I would wake up cuz im so damn tired from all this interrupted sleep. I NEED SLEEEEEEEP!!!

I'm sorry you can't sleep right now hun. I'm wide awake too. Hope you can get back to sleep if that's what you want.

Sleeping well in a hospital is next to impossible. I was able to get maybe 4 hours a night at best when I was IP. Have you asked them about ambien XR ? For a little while I tried Ambien but I kept waking up like 3 hours later, then my doctor switched me over to Ambien XR and that worked a lot better.

you probably can't sleep well because your body is used to sleeping in your own bedroom and bed. but i hope you'll be able to sleep ok soon.
