thats how i feel inside off and on. Like a roar beating at my chest that wants to come out but cant. A very IRRITABLE roar lol
i know this is from working 11-7. im sleeping very little in strange sporadic bursts.
Most of the time im still feeling great i just dont want this night shift to ruin it for me.
kalkdsjflajdflakjdlkfjlskjdflkajsdlfkjsadljfslk......lol i just want it to go smoothe

Feel the fear in my enemy's eyes

Now the old king is dead! Long live the king!
One minute I held the key
Next the walls were closed on me
And I discovered that my castles stand
Upon pillars of salt and pillars of sand

Jacky maybe discuss this with your pdoc? Could be hypomania, could just be stress, but it's best to make sure they are aware your feeling different.

I don't know about you, but if my sleep is messed up, then that has an effect on my moods. Which made me become pretty strict with my sleep routine. Is there any way your schedule can be regulated to make sure you can sleep better?
Thanks for this!

Thx guys

Im trying but I'm not feeling tired after working night shift at times so Iwill be up for the day and night then crash repeat. Even when I crash its not long
I think I'm falling into the less I sleep the less sleep I want/need but its having an effect. Otherwise I'm doing very well. No depression or anxiety ect
I just don't want to destabilize ...I know sleep is just toooo important.

Yes. Sleep is a miracle.
When this happens to me, I assess my intake of coffee, sugar and carbs.
I try to switch to beans.
Here in Central America it's easy. They eat beans every day for protein. Hardly anyone can afford meat.

I'm actually decent when it comes to health and I hate coffee so that's not an issue. I eat tons of black beans and low carb and try to stay away from chemicals in food. I have always (like many bp people) had a messed up sleep cycle but this shift is really wacking it out
Anyone work this shift have any tips lol
