I can't sleep anymore and I am depressed and hurting inside and out. If it weren't for my nieces and nephews, I would have been killed myself. Just want the pain to stop.

What kind of help have you sought?
I'm here if you just need to talk. Remember the answers are inside of us. I actually enjoy being alone. Less pressure on me to act like I'm not struggling with mental illness.
