I had been doing pretty good with sleep, but tonight I find myself up. Hopefully tonight is the only night. I'm going to try to drink warm milk or something. This really sucks. This past week anytime I woke up I was able to go right back to sleep. Now I'm just sitting here watching old episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit

I woke up at3am and I guess that's it for the night.
I have company coming Friday and my worker here.
Went to bank yesterday and found out one of my Tico friends of 15 years has been ripping me off.

He was on my bank account to pay electricity when just the caretaker is here.

He spent $1027 on 6 months and 1/2 that time he didn't even pay the bill.

If you think it's difficult to fix things at a regular bank, try a foreign bank!!!

I'm up too. I hate this! I haven't slept good for 3 nights now. I hope were all able to get back to sleep....

I got an extra hour or so, but nothing near what I had been getting. The previous night I slept for 8hrs 39mins (I bought one of those watches to track my sleeping). Last night I got 4hrs, plus the extra hour I was able to sneak in, which wasn't very restful.
