Which songs do really "help" you with your mania?
Mine is without a doubt "Don't Stop Me Now" by Queen.

Mania kills cells. Brain cells die. Memories become more reduced conceptually, making more efficient use of limited means. Memories shape our reality. Our memories are more or less split in two by abstractions, conceptual reductions. Mood states with memories, concepts, attached. Memories of pain and those of joy. It causes instability, changeability. Fearing that will leave an emptiness between pain and joy and a greater divide. See Me, Feel Me, Touch Me, Heal Me. |

Here is one AMAZING song that another PC member introduced me to. It is almost 42 minutes long so you have to have a lot of time to listen but it is totally worth it.
Possible trigger:
Here are the lyrics which are much, much shorter. I have put the lyrics about the bipolar girl in bold (there are 2 parts about bipolar).

This song is literally about different types of mental illness.
Here is what illness goes with each lyric: 2. "About to Crash" A Bipolar girl. Seen from the point of view of the father. 3. "War inside my head" A soldier with PTSD 4. "The Test That Stumped Them All" A Schizophrenic patient with delusions of fame. 5. "Goodnight Kiss" A mother who lost her baby and suffers from Post Partum Depression 6. "Solitary Shell" A boy/ man with Aspergers Syndrome. 7. "About to crash (reprise)" The same Bipolar girl, sung from her point of view. 8. "Losing Time" A woman with Dissociative Personality Disorder.
