Why is it that if there is even just an ounce of possibly feeling better, there can be the tendency to question it? I'm feeling lousy again, and as I'm watching tv, I laugh at what's on the screen. No big deal...but then I think to myself...you shouldn't be laughing, you're depressed! And it's not just today, this has happened in the past, several times. For me, if there is a possible mood shift, I don't think it's right. But if I wake up the next day and everything is wonderful it's like

I don't want to intrude, but I've noticed the days you don't go to the office you get depressed. Maybe you need to go more often?.
I hope you get happy soon. |

No you're exactly right. I was thinking the exact same thing earlier today. I do plan to go in the office all next week. We'll see how that goes. What's frustrating is that this is still new to me and I'm taking it day by day and make adjustments how and when I can. The other thing about going in to the office the other days is that it's a ghost town. Pretty much those two days is when I'll be able to see anyone. It's most likely being social that makes the difference. But at the same time, I've been in the office and ignored people there to. Or I put on the mask and pretend to be OK there, and cry on the train ride home. Catch 22
