I know we're all different, but if you have taken this medication could you share your experiences with it?

It worked well for my psychosis, but gave me heart problems so I had to go off of it.

Lol I just came here to post this exact question! I'm currently on seroquel for sleep but it's not working anymore so I've been reading up on geodon. I've tried everything from trazadone to benzos to risperdal ect. Either my tolerance builds up or it never works to begin with. So yea I'm curious too.

I don't get msgs unless the other person using tapatalk app!

I've been on Geodon for three years now. I don't really know if it's that or the Zyprexa that keeps me from losing my $#!+ but it does help me sleep. I tolerate it well and I actually lost weight on it, until I went on Vitamin Z and then I gained those pounds back. LOL

It works well for me but makes extremely anxious so I'm at the lowest dosage, 20mg. Still anxious, but I guess you can't have it all.

I've been taking Geodon for about three years now. I take 180 mgs at bedtime and it's made a positive difference for me. Really stabilized me. No weight gain, no other side effects.

I have been on Geodon for about 3 years. I have never been manic once since taking Geodon. I have been very stable with it. It does make me sleepy but I don't mind that. Good luck!

Geodon made me super tired -- I had to take it all at night or else I'd spend the whole day sleeping...and it also gave me a really bad tremor. It worked alright I guess, but the side effects weren't worth it.

I've been on Geodon since 2010, except for a brief stint where I tried Latuda. I like Geodon. I take 40 mg in the AM and 240 mg in the PM. Going to see if pdoc will lower it to 20 mg in the AM because I'm so tired all the time. I like it because I've been able to lose weight on it.
