I woke up in the middle of the night hearing my named called by the

I move around a lot and my husband lives in China.
Lots of times I wake up and believe he's here when he isn't. Close friends that have killed thierselves, I often wake up and think they're still alive. Even my grandparents who had natural deaths. Often I don't remember that they're dead. Even to the point of planning to go to AZ to see them. Realization does always set in eventually. Weird?

I can get really confused about being in a dreamscape, awake, sleeping, the whole "where am I, what's going on?" My reaction is usually, huh. But, sometimes in the middle of a physically active dream, I'll wake up with heart pounding, still in the middle of it.

It sounded line she was right beside me. It was her voice. I'm afraid hallucinations are starting again. I wasn't in a deep sleep.

I'm doing a little better. Depression was tabs bad today bc I spent time with a new friend I met ip but I am still weirded out hearing that.
I don't see my new pdoc til march 29. I know him from all my recent ip lady few years and in happy he's my new pdoc but idk what calling them would help with. If I tell them I've had urges to of they'd just say go to hospital right |
