Sorry to hear you're depressed.

What are you doing to help yourself feel better? Are you listening to any music or watching movies? Music can sometimes help.

Also, art can be fun. Sometimes I make doodles when I'm depressed. It helps me vent a little.

Hey blue. I'm having a drink. Fresh squeezed orange juice, mango tang and this new really expensive vodka I got from duty free in Florida.
No hangover. It's amazing.
Wish I had friends over.
My worker comes tomorrow so I'll swim at high tide 8 am.

Alcohol is a depressant. Not sure if your having a adult beverage daily.. Something to consider.

Hope your depression lifts quickly. Enjoy your swim

No. Once a week I have a drink. I know it should be zero.

Your med cocktail is a bit odd ..

Of course your Seroquel could be increased. Also, your on Restoril and Ativan which both have depressive qualities... Is your Pdoc trying to balance you out by then also having you on Effexor ?

A mood stabilizer might be a huge help for you since most of your threads deal with your inability to go about your daily life with out a great struggle.

Yes. This is my first experience with Effexor. I don't like how it seems to take the zest for life away.

Hey Ocean,

It was good to see you in chat yesterday. Sorry you are struggling. You are certainly very active on the forum and speaking out a great deal with numerous threads going.

What sort of depression symptoms are you experiencing now that you are seeking relief from? Low grade constant depression - is it energy levels or motivation? any suicidal thoughts? crying? how is your sleep cycles? too much/too little?

There's a great deal of experience that many of us are happy to share to help you find relief!

Now gimme some of that coffee!

Went swimming High Tide 8 am. Took the dog too. She was in heaven.

That was my 1st chat ever! Moog. I will mail you a bag of CR coffee when I get back to USA in May.

Wonder what kind of med would be good to add to my cocktail?
