Hello everone, I am suppose to go tothe partial day program today and part of me wants to go but part of me says I don't want to go, I hate large groups and they can't even do blood work in me until tomorrow, I almost just want to wait until tomorrow to go, I know I am probably making up excuses but I don't even agree with one of the diginosis they say I have, So is it even worth it, My family wants to talk to them to prove I am Bpd and Bipolar 1 and PTSD, They are saying Scitzoeffective and I dont believe it and never will

Go to the program. Try to learn more about mental illness.
It's like something is bothering you and keeping you from feeling content. Imo.

I don't regret doing a partial program. It was incredibly helpful.

I completed one in November. I was nervous my first day, but you get used to it and open up and that's when you see the real benefit. Good luck and feel better!

The partial day program could be helpful, no harm to choose to do it.

And about the official dx(s), my experience is that the landscape changes, the associated treatment plan works or not, people come and go, and I'm left with myself, so I'm gonna try to be my own ally first. I hope you feel better!
