Synapsyl. It's back on the market. $87 for 3 bottles.
Has anyone been on it? You can still get it without a prescription. I don't want to go manic. Can't ask my Pdoc. She's in CA.

I don't take any of those supplements. At best they do nothing and at worst they screw up my brain chemistry. I took a Sam e supplement in September and it made me hypomanic and then I crashed from that and never got back up.
But that's just me. Other people may have better experiences.

I tried Sam E when I wasn't medicated on Meds. Didn't help me.

It's something called brain food. Supposed to give you energy and focus.
