Ahh. Since Dog has been running away we have her on a chain with a 25 ' cable.
Today I suggested she come to the beach. She was incredibly happy. Ran in huge sweeping circles. Came in the water with me twice.
She's so friendly and fearless. She saw some people lieing in the sand. She ran right up and layed down next to them!

My worker called for her. So the people could be left alone.

The big shrimper boat is in the bay. I wanted to buy a Red Snapper today, but forgot my money. Hope there's some tomorrow. Or shrimp.

So my swim was magnificent. I'm happy for now.

Thanks. I'm glad my dog got some exercise.
I took a nap today.
Got word from husband in China. He asked me if I've been painting?
I just have no motivation.

The beach and your dog sounds so lovely. Sorry that you're not drawn to painting right now. Hope that shifts for you. This afternoon I printed a collograph plate I made some years ago, then hand colored it. That was fun. I did it in between other things I was doing at home this afternoon. Little steps. Like you, I want to feel like painting, too.

I miss swimming so much! I haven't swum in years. No pool around me and I'm not too confident to swim in the ocean

It depends on the coastline. The water is warmer on my area of the country.

I took my young dog swimming last Summer for the first time. It was so fun! She lifts her front paws out of the water too high and makes a splash, splash, splash! So cute! She wouldn't come in on her own so another woman held her in the deeper water and released her and she swam to me! I love her!
