Woke myself up last night by my loud crunching of a bag of Caramel corn. So embarrassed. I don't know if it woke the bf up. Didn't ask, hope not.
I've never done this. It's not ok!
Coincidentally tonight I'm out of seroquel, insurance problem couldn't get refill. I'm considering stopping it. Was only on 25-50mg per day. I plan to pick it up still and have it on hand if I get feeling too manicky or psychotic. These meds are strong, would there be withdrawl symptoms when I was only on a low dose for 1-2 months?
Still finishing Effexor withdrawl 1 more week of brain zaps. . But then I'll be done and now I know (for my body) to never take an anti depressant aver again.

It just depends on your chemistry how you'll react to no Seraquel.
