I only slept 4 or 5 hours last night. I've been up since 3am, and I don't feel at all tired. Working from home today, think I'll start early. I hope this isn't the start of sleep issues. I can feel myself becoming hypomanic over the last week or two. Hello spring!

I wish there were a way to allow a slight hypomanic mood, rather than me being crippled with this low grade depression for over 7 months.
The Pdoc could reformulate our Meds to allow our brains freedom.

Yeah, it's almost time for the spring medication adjustment (the one so I avoid hypomania and mania. I'm having trouble sleeping for more than 4 or 5 hours at a time, but feel rested.... and there lies the path to insanity. So my seasonal medication adjustment, or sleep meds, or both.
