I'm starting a new to me drug tonight. Mirtazapine. Pdoc prescribed it because of the anxiety I have been having and to replace Seroquel because it was giving me bad tachycardia.

Anyone one taken this before? Is it more or less sedating than Seroquel. What should I watch out for, expect? Is the appetite/hunger worse or less than on Seroquel? I guess I will just have to try it out and see for myself. Everyone is different.

Cheers

I'm on it. Generic for Remeron. 15mg to sleep.
It will make you hungry in low doses. Like mine.
If you go over 45mg it won't, they told me here.
Is an antidepressant. Not SSRI.
As you can see, is not doing much for me. Only I sleep longer.
I hafta get up to eat after I'm ready to sleep.
I haven't taken Seroquel.
