So my t left he set me up with a new t. I met her today. Well she's leaving as well. So now I have the choice to see my husband's t or wait until they get new t. So I talked to my husband and we decided that we're not going to be in therapy until one of us needs it. I'm scared of doing this alone but it's what I think is best. I'm restarting my meds to help me manage this huge change. I hate bp.
